Astral Trubuild TCSR 555 300 GMS
Astral Trubuild TCSR 555 is a two-component, solvent-free epoxy system used for repairing cracked and damaged concrete structures. It is used to bond new structural
concrete to old concrete, bricks & steel component as it gives excellent bonding properties with various construction surfaces.

Usage instructions
- Preparation: Ensure the surface is clean and free of loose particles, dust, oil, and grease.
- Mixing: Mix Part-A and Part-B in the suggested ratio (e.g., 2:1:8 with silica powder for grouting) using a slow-speed mixture to avoid air bubbles.
- Application: Apply the thoroughly mixed product to the prepared surface. For bonding, apply to the old concrete before pouring the new layer.
- Curing: The product typically hardens in 12–15 hours and reaches its full cure in 24 hours.
